After more than 25 years in the beauty industry, I've learned that success requires more than talent.
I've worked behind the chair, built businesses, educated professionals, mentored students, spoken on stages, and walked through seasons that strengthened both my faith and my leadership.
I created Educate Beauty 360 because I saw a gap.
