I am the salt of the earth. I am a natural innovator who believes in living life holistically embracing health, wellness, travel, and purpose as a lifestyle. Everything I create is rooted in alignment, intention, and impact.
I am the owner of Divine Allure Salon & Spa, located in Jacksonville, Florida, where I provide a holistic beauty experience for both women and men. Through intentional scalp and hair care, grooming, wellness practices, and education, I help my clients not only look their best, but feel restored, confident, and renewed from the inside out.
My work extends beyond the chair. I believe beauty is deeply connected to how we care for our bodies, our minds, and our lives. Every service, experience, and interaction is designed to create space for rest, clarity, and transformation.
As a leader in the beauty industry, my mission is to redefine what beauty spaces can be places of excellence, professionalism, wellness, and community. Whether I’m serving clients, mentoring beauty professionals, or creating educational platforms, my goal remains the same: to elevate the industry while serving people with intention and integrity.
I began my journey in the beauty industry in 2005, carrying not only a passion for hair, but a deep heart for community. From the beginning, I understood that beauty was never meant to exist in isolation. It was meant to bring people together, create confidence, and serve as a tool for transformation.
Throughout my career, I’ve led and hosted classes, hair shows, and educational experiences designed to pour back into the community. My focus has always been on providing education, resources, and inspiration creating spaces where creativity and innovation could thrive through intentional design and learning.
As the industry evolved, I began to notice a growing disconnect.
Clients felt unheard.
Beauty professionals felt unsupported.
Salons struggled to maintain healthy culture and leadership.
That disconnect became the catalyst for Educate Beauty 360.
Educate Beauty 360 was created as an innovative space for the beauty industry to advance for the better. A platform rooted in education, structure, and community designed to rebuild what had become fragmented. I recognized that when beauty professionals lack leadership development and foundational support, it directly impacts salon culture, client experience, and the communities we serve.
The mission of Educate Beauty 360 is simple but powerful:

When salons are filled with confident, knowledgeable, and emotionally healthy professionals, they become stronger spaces of service, creativity, and care. When salons thrive, communities thrive. We all win.
My focus as an industry leader is to provide a space where beauty professionals can connect, grow, and build together not just for personal success, but to elevate the industry as a whole. Through mentorship, education, and intentional community, my goal is to help beauty professionals show up equipped, aligned, and prepared to serve at a higher level.
